Russia to deploy its nuclear weapons in Belarus

Russia has reached an agreement with Belarus to deploy its nuclear weapons in its territory. Belarus is neighbor of Russia. This deployment will keep Russian nuclear weapons near to rest of Europe. Russia also affirmed that this deployment will never violate non-proliferation agreements.  It is to be noted that there are American Nuclear weapons under US ontrol across military bases in Europe. Belarus has friendly relation with Russia. It even allowed Kremlin to invade Ukraine from its territory.  But Belarus did not joined the war. 

Russia announced it few days after its joint declaration with China agreeing to restrict future nuclear weapons deployments abroad.
